1. Return Window
BellaSkin offers a 48-hour return policy. Customers may return new and unused items in their original factory condition for any reason within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not refundable:
Cosmetics
Mesotherapy products
Needles
Related products
3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all equipment returns.
4. Return Authorization
It is important to obtain pre-approval from BellaSkin by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before making any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Packaging and Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products are securely packaged for return and for covering the cost of return shipping.
Used products will not be accepted for return.
6. Refunds and Replacements
Upon receiving your returned item, BellaSkin will either replace the item(s) with identical ones or issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process.
7. Payment Balances
Customers who carry balances will incur a 20% interest fee if payment is not received by the due date.
