Return Policies

BellaSkin offers 48 hours return policy. Customers could return new and unused items in original factory condition for any reason within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Cosmetic, mesotherapy, needles, or related products are NOT refundable.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all equipment returns.
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by BellaSkin with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for well, safe packaging, and returning shipping cost, used products will not be accepted. BellaSkin will replace the item(s) with an identical one(s) or issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Customer who carries balances will be charged a 20% interest fee is the payment is not received by the DUE date. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks.
