BellaSkin Return & Refund Policy

At BellaSkin USA, we strive to provide high-quality products and professional aesthetic equipment. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN REQUEST PERIOD

BellaSkin USA offers a 48-hour return request period. Customers must contact BellaSkin USA within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Requests submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for return.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee that the return will be approved.


NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For safety, hygiene, regulatory compliance, supplier requirements, and quality control reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund, whether opened or unopened:

  • Cosmetics and skincare products

  • Chemical peels

  • Serums

  • Mesotherapy products

  • Exosome products

  • Injectable-related products

  • Needles, cannulas, syringes, and sterile supplies

  • Professional-use aesthetic products

  • Products from the following brands:

    • Institute BCN

    • MCCosmetics

    • Dermik

    • Lipoflack

  • Special-order products

  • Custom-order products

  • Clearance items

  • Discontinued products

BellaSkin USA does not accept returns of these products under any circumstances, whether opened or unopened, except where required by applicable law.


EQUIPMENT RETURNS

Professional equipment and devices may be considered for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • An RMA number has been issued by BellaSkin USA.

  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • The equipment is new, unused, and has not been installed, operated, modified, or tested.

  • The equipment is returned complete with all original accessories, manuals, cables, inserts, packaging, and components.

  • The equipment is received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

Equipment valued at $1,000 USD or more is subject to a detailed inspection before any refund, replacement, or store credit is approved. BellaSkin USA reserves the right to verify the condition, functionality, completeness, and serial number of all returned equipment before determining eligibility.

Returns will not be accepted solely because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, no longer needs the item, or failed to verify compatibility before purchasing, unless BellaSkin USA expressly approves the return in writing.

BellaSkin USA reserves the right to reject any equipment return that does not meet these requirements.


RESTOCKING FEE

Approved equipment returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

BellaSkin USA reserves the right to assess additional charges if returned equipment requires cleaning, testing, repair, replacement parts, repackaging, refurbishment, or if accessories or components are missing.


RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

All returns require prior written authorization and an RMA number issued by BellaSkin USA.

Unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or packages returned without an authorized RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.


SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND RETURN RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Shipping insurance

  • Packaging materials

  • Tracking services

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any other costs associated with returning merchandise

BellaSkin USA does not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned merchandise. Any loss or damage occurring during return transit is the responsibility of the sender.

BellaSkin USA strongly recommends using a fully trackable shipping service and purchasing adequate shipping insurance for the full value of the returned merchandise.


INSPECTION OF RETURNED ITEMS

No refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and fully inspected by BellaSkin USA.

Returned merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

Returned equipment must include all original accessories, power supplies, cables, manuals, inserts, protective packaging, and any promotional items originally included with the shipment.

If a returned item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Used

  • Altered

  • Improperly packaged

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Missing original packaging

  • Showing signs of installation or operation

BellaSkin USA reserves the right to:

  • Reject the return;

  • Reduce the refund amount;

  • Charge repair or replacement costs; or

  • Return the merchandise to the customer at the customer's expense.

BellaSkin USA also reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.


REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and successfully inspected, BellaSkin USA may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method; or

  • Provide a replacement product.

Refund processing may take 2–4 weeks after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.


EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers located outside the United States may have statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.

Where permitted by applicable law, cosmetic products, skincare products, chemical peels, serums, mesotherapy products, exosome products, sterile products, and professional-use aesthetic products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, whether opened or unopened.

If a return is permitted under applicable law, the customer remains responsible for all return shipping expenses, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other costs associated with the return.

International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country before placing an order.

BellaSkin USA is not responsible for shipments delayed, rejected, refused, seized, returned, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs authorities, import regulations, or government agencies.

Orders refused by the customer or refused upon delivery are not considered approved returns. Any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, brokerage fees, storage fees, taxes, or other carrier charges resulting from a refused shipment may be deducted from any eligible refund.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact BellaSkin USA within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

BellaSkin USA will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
