Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:

You must request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original factory condition and packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, and due to supplier restrictions, certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Equipment Returns

Professional machines and devices may be returned within the 72-hour window if unused and in original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all equipment returns.

Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts will void eligibility for a refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Repairs and Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at moreinfo@bellaskinusa.com or 954-509-0019. We will review your case and may offer repair, replacement, or exchange.
For professional machines, BellaSkinUSA also provides repair services at $85 per hour plus parts, with a 30-day repair warranty.
