This rectangular gua sha scraping tool is made of jade. Gua sha is used to move stagnant blood and lymph through the subcutaneous fascia: a smooth edge is stroked repeatedly over an area of the body, bringing out the stagnation. It promotes circulation, stretches the fascia, releases stagnation, and gives the immune system a quick start. Some petechiae may appear for 3-5 days after a treatment. A compact, reusable tool that is easy to keep in your treatment kit.
