OVERVIEW

Welcome to BellaSkinUSA! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BellaSkinUSA. BellaSkinUSA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). BellaSkinUSA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. We do not warrant that the appearance, performance, or quality of products or services will meet your expectations. All descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities by person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BellaSkinUSA reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once processed. If we do not accept or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You have 72 hours from receipt of your order to request a return. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging. Equipment returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cosmetic products, mesotherapy needles, and consumables are non-refundable.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices at checkout are final and do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless otherwise noted.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. You represent that (i) the credit card information you provide is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use it, and (iii) you will pay all charges, including taxes, shipping, and fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

East Coast U.S.: 2–3 business days
West Coast U.S.: 4–5 business days
International: varies by country and customs clearance

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; we do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotion or coupon. Once we hand orders to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – REPAIRS AND WARRANTY

BellaSkinUSA provides professional repair services for our equipment:

Labor rate: $85 per hour, plus cost of parts.
Warranty on repairs: 30 days from completion date.
Repairs are offered on-site only at our Florida location.

Unless otherwise stated, new professional machines include a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including text, images, logos, trademarks, product names, videos, and layouts, are owned by BellaSkinUSA or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, or exploit our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” basis, without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Transactions with third parties are at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BellaSkinUSA is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with BellaSkinUSA, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any products, services, or transactions on this site.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK

Any suggestions, reviews, or feedback you provide may be used by BellaSkinUSA for commercial or promotional purposes without compensation.
