🛍️ Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

How long does shipping take?

East Coast U.S.: 2–3 business days
West Coast U.S.: 4–5 business days
International: delivery time varies by country and customs clearance

Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping is paid by the customer unless you have received a special promotion or coupon for free shipping.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?
You must request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Are all products returnable?
No. The following items are non-refundable:

Cosmetics and skincare products
Mesotherapy serums, needles, and disposable items
All products from the Institute BCN, MCCosmetic, and Dermik collections

What about machines or equipment?
Machines and devices can be returned if unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Approved refunds take about 2–4 weeks to process, depending on your payment provider.

🛠️ Repairs & Warranty

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Repairs are billed at $85/hour plus parts and include a 30-day repair warranty.

Do machines come with a warranty?
Yes. Most professional machines include a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

💳 Payments & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into monthly payments.

What is the Vacuum Nano used for?
The Vacuum Nano is a professional body contouring and buttock lifting machine, also known as Colombian lifting. It improves shape, circulation, and skin tone.

What is the Cavi 4 Pro?
The Cavi 4 Pro uses cavitation and multipolar radiofrequency for fat reduction and skin tightening.

Do you sell mesotherapy serums?
Yes. We carry professional mesotherapy lines from Institute BCN, MCCosmetic, and Dermik.

Can these serums be used for intimate brightening?
Yes. Certain serums such as BCN Lumen and BCN Melano are used for skin-brightening treatments, including delicate areas, when applied by professionals.

What types of classes do you offer?
We offer certification classes in:

PRP therapy
Cavitation
Carboxytherapy
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
Laser hair removal
Microneedling
Radiofrequency facial treatments
Buttock lifting (Vacuum Nano/Colombian lifting)

Do you provide a license with your training?
No. BellaSkinUSA provides certifications only, not licenses. Many states require a professional license (esthetician, cosmetology, medical, etc.) to operate certain equipment. It is your responsibility to check your local regulations.

🏭 Manufacturing & OEM Services

Do you manufacture machines?
Yes. BellaSkinUSA manufactures vacuum therapy machines and offers OEM (private label) services for distributors and professionals.

What is the minimum order requirement for OEM?
Minimum requirements apply for OEM production orders. Please contact us directly at moreinfo@bellaskinusa.com for details on current MOQs (minimum order quantities).
