Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:

• You must request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original factory condition and packaging.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, and due to supplier restrictions, certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Cosmetics and skincare products

• Mesotherapy serums, needles, or disposable items

• All products from the following collections:

  • Institute BCN

  • MCCosmetic

  • Dermik

Equipment Returns

• Professional machines and devices may be returned within the 72-hour window if unused and in original packaging.

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all equipment returns.

• Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts will void eligibility for a refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Repairs and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at moreinfo@bellaskinusa.com or 954-509-0019. We will review your case and may offer repair, replacement, or exchange.

For professional machines, BellaSkinUSA also provides repair services at $85 per hour plus parts, with a 30-day repair warranty.
