RETURN POLICY

BellaSkin offers a 48-hour return policy. Customers may return new and unused items in their original factory condition for any reason within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please note that cosmetic, mesotherapy, needles, or related products are NOT refundable. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all equipment returns.

It's important to obtain pre-approval from BellaSkin with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before making any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products are well and safely packaged, and for covering the cost of return shipping. Used products will not be accepted. BellaSkin will replace the item(s) with identical one(s) or issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

Customers who carry balances will be charged a 20% interest fee if payment is not received by the due date. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process.
