Gua Sha is an indigenous folk technique that stimulates the skin to bring "sha" rush to the surface, releasing the exterior and resolving Qi and blood stagnation. Traditionally use for acupuncture and scrapping massage tool.
Gua sha method is use to move stagnate blood & lymph through the subcutaneous fascia. A smooth edge tool is repeatedly stroke over an area of the body bringing out the stagnation. After a treatment you will get some petechiae for 3-5 days.
Gua sha promotes circulation, stretch the fascia, release stagnation and "quick start" the inmune system.
